Yardrock may edit submissions for length, clarity, headline style, SEO, accessibility, legal risk, rights concerns, taste, platform formatting and editorial standards unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Credit, payment, exclusivity, licensing scope, usage duration and deliverables should be agreed in writing. Submission alone does not guarantee publication, credit, payment or return of materials.

Contributors represent that submissions are original or properly licensed, do not knowingly defame or violate rights, and do not contain hidden advertising, malware, unlawful material or undisclosed conflicts.

Yardrock may decline, remove, update, archive or restrict contributor content for editorial, legal, safety, sponsor, rights or platform reasons.
